Hi,
I like your plans and the prices. But what if I outgrow the plan I am planning to signup with (I am planning on MGH1 plan) and need more space down the road? As I am starting I will need some help. How can I contact you if I have any questions? How fast should I expect a reply? |

Hi Eric,
You can do 2 things. First, you can go to the next available plan. So if you signup for the MGH1 plan, you can upgrade to the MGH2 plan. Secondly, you can contact us and ask for a custom plan for your needs.
Our staff is ready to assist you 24/7. The best way to contact us is to use our online helpdesk, you can find it at http://helpdesk.MyGoodHost.com, and one of our support staff will respond to your request ASAP. Emergency requests are being looked into first, however. You can also use our online forum support section if you need any help. Finally, in case of an emergency or downtime when both the helpdesk and the forums are down, you can use our emergency e-mail address to contact us. Usually, in most cases, you should hear from one of our support staff within the hour. In a few cases it may take a few hours, but that is very uncommon.
