Are you prepared to deal with a total novice who does not even understand most of the terms being use?

Secondly, to answer your question, yes we are ready to deal with novice users as well as advanced users.

We have an extensive FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) list that will help you getting started. If you need any additional help at any time, simply post on the message board or submit a helpdesk request and our staff will promptly assist you.
