Adding Autoresponders from Cpanel

01) Login to your Control Panel.
Note: Username and Password is provided in the welcome e-mail. If you have lost or misplaced this e-mail please go to theHelpdesk and submit a ticket requesting your welcome e-mail be resent.

02) Under the "Mail" category, select the link "Autoresponders".

03) You will be shown a list of all the e-mail autoresponders that are currently in use. Below, the list (which if you have no autoresponders wont be much of a list yet) there should be a link "Add Autoresponder", click that and then you will be taken to the add responder page.

04) In the "Email" text box, enter the part before the @ symbol for the e-mail you want then select from the drop down box, the domain or sub domain that stores it.

05) Then, in the "From" text box you put the name of who the e-mail is going to be from. Next, is the "Subject" text box where you will enter the subject of the e-mail.

06) Most of the time just leave the "character set" at us-ascii, unless you really need to change it and know which one you need.

07) If you want the auto responder to be in HTML, then place a check in the checkbox beside "HTML Message".

08) Enter your e-mail message for the autoresponder in the "Body" text box.

09) Click on "Create" and then you should be redirected to a page that says it was successfully created.

10) Click the link below that successfully created message "Go back" and then you should see the one you created in the list with "Delete" and "Edit" links beside it, for when you need to delete or edit the autoresponder.

11) Send yourself a test e-mail to test it and if it works, then that is all you have to do. If its not like you want it just click the "Edit" button to edit it. thumbup.gif
